Three Roll Mill

The Three Roll Mill is mainly used for various kinds of paste such as paint, ink, pigment, plastic, food, etc. This machine achieves the grinding effect through the surface of the three rollers arranged horizontally by the machine and the friction of different speeds. Generally speaking, the grinding material can meet the requirements by grinding it twice. But the difficult material must be ground many times in order to meet the requirements. The final processing fineness can reach about 3-18μ m (measured by fineness scraper), but it is not suitable to grind the raw material with acid-base composition or enough to cause the roller corrosion.
