1287A Potentiostat Galvanostat
12xx Family
The current members of the 12xx Family of potentiostats include the Solartron Analytical 1287A and 1280Z.
The 1287A is a potentiostat for DC experiments, such as Cyclic Voltammetry or Galvanostatic techniques. This is commonly controlled by CorrWare software.
The 1287A is also the ‘electrochemical interface’ for the line of Frequency Response Analyzers, such as the Solartron Analytical 1260A. These two instruments work together with ZPLOT software to provide Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy experiments up to 1 MHz.The 1280Z combines the functionality of DC and AC experiments up to 20 kHz into a single box
Both of these products are GPIB control. For systems, such as laptops, that do not have a GPIB card installed, we do have a GPIB-to-USB converter available.

PINS3-CW-G2 Portable Isotopic Neutron Spectroscopy
PINS Overview
The Portable Isotopic Nuclear Spectroscopy (PINS) Chemical Identification System identifies dangerous compounds and mixtures non-destructively. The test object need not be opened or touched, providing significant safety benefits. As shown, PINS probes a test object with neutrons that excite the atomic nuclei within, causing the excited nuclei to produce gamma rays. The energy intensity pattern or spectrum of these gamma rays is unique for each chemical element, and by analyzing the gamma-ray spectrum, the PINS software identifies the chemical elements inside the test object and determines if the object contains a chemical warfare agent, a fill (such as sand), or a smoke generating chemical.
LB 134 UNIVERSAL MONITOR
The LB 134 Universal Monitor II is a versatile instrument for dose and dose rate, contamination and activity measurements. A large number of probes can be attached to the basic unit, which identifies the pertinent probe and adjusts the program firmware automatically. Thus, adjustment of detector-specific parameters like high voltage or measurement units is not necessary.
The LB 134 software provides numerous measuring modes and parameter settings
Absograph
Determination of the rheological properties of the dough Dough rheology, which covers the flow and deformation of the dough, is based on the principle of measuring the force that occurs by applying deformation or tension to the dough for a certain period of time in a controlled manner. Dough rheology analysis; It is indispensable in the food industry as it provides important information about determining the difference between the quality of flours, choosing the appropriate raw material, and determining the changes that occur in the dough during fermentation.
Highlights Ergonomic design and touch screen, easy to use, remote software support, saving test results as PDF, saving and printing results to Flash Disk via USB, no need for computer and screen, troublesome cleaning during testing
It offers a unique analysis experience to the user with its easy-to-clean features designed with the stage in mind.

Conductivity Apparatus
Ingen Hausz’s, Wooden Handl Conductivity Apparatus, Ingen Hausz’s, with an insulated wooden handle
The apparatus consists of six metal rods, one each of copper, iron, lead, aluminium, steel and zinc of size about 150 × 3mm (length × diameter) located horizontally inside a sheet metal trough of size about 150×90×100mm (length × width × height).
Hope’s Apparatus, Econom
To demonstrate that the maximum density of water is at 4ºC. Comprises a cylindrical vessel of sheet metal mounted on a base and has an annular trough encircling about midway along its length, which is used for placing ice and salt mixture. Fitted with tubulures to carry thermometers and rubber stoppers.
Auxanometer Demonstration Clock Work
Useful for studying the relationship between load applied to a wire and
the resulting extension i.e., Young’s modules of elasticity of the wire material. Can also be used
for comparing elastic module of two different wires. Two thick sheet metal strips with clamping
screws at the top for wires and metal hooks for the loading masses, are mounted in a
rectangular plate, parallel to each other. The plate has a scale 0-40x1mm along with a movable
Vernier of LC 0.1mm, attached to one of the metal strips. Also included is a ceiling clamp with a
pair of wooden screws for suspending wires from the top and can be attached to a convenient
overhead beam or door frame etc. supplied complete with a tension weight and a set of two
wires – 1 each of brass and steel.
Linear Expansion Apparatus
The linear expansion apparatus has all of the tools for the study of thermal expansion through experimentation. The high-quality dial allows for precise measurements with 0.01mm resolution and the attached metal tube has fittings for steam inlet, steam outlet, and thermometer placement (thermometer not included).
Ray Box
Comprises a well painted, die-cast metal box with an enclosure that houses electric bulb for use as a light-source in the experiments. Open front of the bulb enclosure with holes all around the bulb holder and extended side-fins on the outside of the enclosure assist in the heat dissipation of the bulb. The integral side-rails provided with a set of vertical-grooves on inner side for accommodating various 45 mm wide mountings such as slit plate and cylindrical lens. The 12V bulb with vertically straight filament, mounted in SBC bulb holder with a two core flexible connecting lead terminating in a pair of 4 mm banana plugs for connecting it to low voltage AC power source. Supplied complete with slit plate, double ended single/triple but without collimating lens.
