EasyTaq PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized reaction buffer at a concentration of 2×. For DNA amplification, simply add the template, primers, and water to allow the SuperMix solution to react at a concentration of 1×. For 2×EasyTaq® PCR SuperMix (-dye), the PCR products that contain dA overlangs at the 3′ end can be directly cloned to pEASY®-T vectors. For 2×EasyTaq® PCR SuperMix (+dye), the PCR products can be analyzed by electrophoresis directly, and need to be purified to remove dye when applied in cloning.

EasyTaq^® PCR SuperMix for PAGE is a ready-to-use mixture of EasyTaq^® DNA Polymerase for PAGE, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The SuperMix for PAGE is provided at 2× concentration and used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O.

This product is a ready-to-use mixture of TransStart GoldPfu DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized reaction buffer showing high amplification efficiency, fast amplification, ultra-high fidelity, and high specificity. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers, and Nuclease-free Water. The amplified products with blunt ends can be directly cloned into pEASY-Blunt vectors. The SuperMix without dye (-dye) cannot be directly loaded on agarose gel for electrophoresis.

TransStart KD Plus PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of TransStart® KD Plus DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers, and H2O.

TransTaq® High Fidelity (HiFi) PCR SuperMix I or II is a ready-to-use mixture of TransTaq® High Fidelity (HiFi) DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer. TransTaq® High Fidelity (HiFi) PCR SuperMix I is optimized for the amplification of genomic DNA, and PCR SuperMix II is optimized for the amplification of λDNA, cDNA, or plasmid DNA. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers, and H2O.

TransTaq-T PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of TransTaq®-T DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O. Efficiency of PCR products with “A” is equal to EasyTaq® DNA polymerase. It is more suitable for high fidelity TA cloning.

​The 2′-OMe RNA Cartridge is a specialized reagent cartridge designed for the Kilobaser one-XT DNA/RNA Synthesizer, enabling the synthesis of fully 2′-O-methyl-modified RNA oligonucleotides. These modifications enhance duplex stability, nuclease resistance, and reduce cytotoxicity, making them suitable for various research applications.

​The 6-FAM DNA Cartridge is a specialized reagent cartridge designed for the Kilobaser one-XT DNA/RNA Synthesizer, enabling the synthesis of custom DNA probes labeled with the 6-FAM fluorescent dye at the 5′ end. ​

EasyTaq DNA Polymerase is purified from E. coli expressing a cloned DNA polymerase from Thermus aquaticus. The enzyme consists of a single polypeptide with a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa. EasyTaq DNA Polymerase has 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity. It lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. EasyTaq DNA Polymerase is suitable for routine amplification. PCR products are unsuitable for PAGE.

The enzyme consists of a single polypeptide with a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa. EasyTaq DNA Polymerase for PAGE has 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity. lt lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. This enzyme is supplied with unique buffer, and its PCR product is suitable for SDS-PAGE and agarose gel electrophoresis.
