3) User Guide
Open the Vial: Remove the cap from the vial.
Insert the Straw: Insert the appropriate straw into the vial, making sure the tip of the straw extends to the bottom of the vial.
Breathing Preparation: Take 2 to 3 deep breaths to empty your lungs.
Collect the Sample: On your last exhale, gently blow through the straw into the vial while slowly withdrawing the straw from the vial.
Capping: Recap the vial as soon as possible and make sure the cap seals well with the vial, but do not over-tighten.
