Key Features

• Reagent Volume: Sufficient for synthesizing 150 nucleotides, with 75 units each of A, U, C, and G. ​

• Modification: Incorporates 2′-fluoro ribonucleotides to enhance RNA duplex stability. ​

• Compatibility: Exclusively compatible with the Kilobaser one-XT synthesizer and requires the Standard Chip for operation. ​

• Shelf Life: Stable for up to 1 year when stored at 4°C; recommended to use within 2 weeks after opening. ​

• Safety: Closed system design eliminates direct contact with chemicals, enhancing user safety. ​

 Synthesis Output

The number of oligonucleotides you can synthesize depends on their length:​

• 5 oligos of 30 bases each​

• 6 oligos of 25 bases each​

• 7 oligos of 20 bases each ​
