• Reagent Volume: Sufficient for synthesizing 100 DNA bases, with 75 nucleotides each of A, T, C, and G. ​

• Modification: Incorporates a 5′-amino modifier C6, providing a primary amine group for subsequent conjugation reactions. ​

• Compatibility: Exclusively compatible with the Kilobaser one-XT synthesizer and requires the Amino Modifier C6 Label Chip for labeled oligo synthesis. ​

• Shelf Life: Stable for up to 1 year when stored at -20°C; recommended to use within 1 week after opening. ​

• Safety: Closed system design eliminates direct contact with chemicals, enhancing user safety. ​

Synthesis Output

The number of oligonucleotides you can synthesize depends on their length:​

• 4 oligos of 25 bases each​.

• 5 oligos of 20 bases each.
