• Modular Design: Based on Kraemer’s UTS tablet testing systems, the CIW series features a tablet separating system and a specialized transport starwheel for precise positioning on the integrated scale. All parts requiring cleaning can be removed quickly and easily without the need for tools, simplifying maintenance. ​

• Versatile Configurations:

  • CIW6.2: Measures the weight of tablets and similar products.​

  • CIW6.3: Assesses both weight and thickness of tablets. ​

  • CIW6.4: Evaluates weight and length of capsules. ​

• Laboratory and Online Integration: The CIW series can function as standalone laboratory devices with PH21 software, ensuring full compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. Additionally, they can be integrated into production lines as online monitoring devices, with sampling initiated either from the production machine or via the PH21 software. ​
