Engineered with a high-resolution Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) and a powerful digiX-50 X-ray tube, ElvaX Geo ensures exceptional sensitivity and throughput—exceeding 500,000 counts per second. The analyzer features an 800 mm² analytical spot, allowing for more effective analysis of heterogeneous and coarse-grained materials, which is essential in field conditions.

This portable XRF analyzer includes a rugged, lightweight design (only 2 kg) and comes with a watertight transport case, composite pole for ergonomic operation, and a field holster for easy carrying. The integrated PDA, housed in a protective case, offers intuitive operation even in extreme environments. For precise location tracking, ElvaX Geo can pair with external GPS via Bluetooth, making it perfect for geo-tagged elemental mapping.

Running on Windows EC7, the device supports both Fundamental Parameters (FPA) and Empirical Calibration methods. The included Elvatech software suite allows for custom calibrations, real-time spectrum viewing, and in-depth data analysis, enhancing flexibility and performance.
