INNO-H High-End Multimode Microplate Reader


The LTEK INNO-H is a high-performance multimode microplate reader designed for comprehensive laboratory analyses. It offers:

  • Detection Modes: UV-Vis absorbance (200–999 nm), fluorescence intensity (250–700 nm), luminescence, fluorescence polarization, and time-resolved fluorescence (TRF).

  • Optical System: Monochromator-based for absorbance and fluorescence measurements, eliminating the need for filters.

  • Sensitivity: Fluorescein detection as low as 2.5 pM (monochromator) and 0.25 pM (dichroic module) in 96-well plates.

  • Plate Compatibility: Supports 6–384 well plates.

  • Temperature Control: Incubation up to 45°C with ±0.2°C accuracy at 37°C.

  • Shaking: Linear and orbital shaking modes.

  • Software: INNO-X Ex software with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, offering robust data analysis and multiple regression options.
