The LTEK INNO-S is a versatile multimode microplate reader designed for accurate absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence measurements. It features a monochromator-based optical system covering a wavelength range of 200 to 999 nm for absorbance, 250 to 750 nm for luminescence, and 350 to 750 nm for fluorescence. The device supports various assay types, including endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning, and area scanning, across 6 to 384 well plates. Equipped with a xenon flash lamp for absorbance, a high-power LED for fluorescence, and a low-noise photomultiplier tube (PMT) for luminescence, the INNO-S ensures high sensitivity and precision. Additional features include incubation up to 50°C, linear and orbital shaking with adjustable speeds, dual reagent injectors, and the INNO-X software for robust data analysis with multiple regression options
