A versatile pilot-scale freeze dryer that completely simulates the technical requirements of an industrial freeze dryer. With a compact, well-designed footprint and a wide redundancy range, it conforms to GMP and FDA standards. The main unit—equipped with a WRL controller and a liquid temperature control shelf—allows precise control of both pre-freezing and freeze-drying stages. It supports advanced test systems (such as eutectic point tests, pressure rise/comparison methods for endpoint determination, and freeze-drying curve recording) and can be equipped with engineering WRL control software for direct graphical computer control of the process. Additionally, it can be configured with H₂O₂ sterilization, high-pressure steam sterilization, or an integrated glove box system for clean room operation. The cold trap and freeze-drying chamber are constructed with 316L stainless steel to ensure chamber cleanliness and optimal vacuum performance.
