The Stirred Ball Mill uses the mixing device to make the grinding medium move and produce an impact, the shear, the grinding function, thereby crushing the material. The power input from the mixing mill is directly used for the rotation of the mixing mechanism, which makes the grinding medium move and comminute the material. Therefore, its energy efficiency is higher than that of the conventional grinding machine and the vibration mill. The energy utilization ratio of agitating ball mill is high and the new surface area is large. The force of extrusion and grinding causes the surface layer of particles to peel off and produce incomplete crushing. The smaller the particles are, the larger the surface area of grinding is, and the physical and chemical forces between particles and the phenomena of adhesion and aggregation can be overcome by extrusion and grinding.
