Welded MCE Sterile Syringe Filter

The Welded MCE Sterile Syringe Filter is a high-performance filtration device designed for reliable sample purification in laboratory and industrial applications.

Key Features:

  • Membrane Material: Utilizes Mixed Cellulose Ester (MCE), known for its uniform pore structure and high porosity, ensuring efficient filtration with high flow rates.

  • Welded Construction: Employs advanced ultrasonic welding technology to securely bond the filter membrane with the polypropylene housing, eliminating the need for adhesives and reducing the risk of leakage.

  • Sterility: Available in sterile versions, catering to applications requiring aseptic conditions.

  • Pore Sizes and Diameters: Offered in various pore sizes (e.g., 0.22 µm, 0.45 µm) and diameters (e.g., 13 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm) to accommodate different filtration needs.

Description

The mixed cellulose ester (MCE) membrane is hydrophilic, comprising a blend of cellulose acetate (CA) and cellulose nitrate (CN) materials. MCE membranes feature a high proportion of cellulose nitrate, making them suitable for tasks similar to those performed by CN membranes.
