The MT-FM Series Foaming Machine is designed for the continuous production of fine, stable foams with microbubble sizes ranging from 5–10 µm. The MEGATRON® MT-MM is a dynamically enhanced membrane emulsifying machine that enables the gentle production of fine emulsions, including double emulsions, with low mechanical and thermal stress. Its unique design allows for the creation of emulsions with up to 50% dispersed phase in a single step, achieving narrow droplet size distributions and high reproducibility.
