The HGC 20 Humidity Generator by DataPhysics Instruments is a compact, benchtop device engineered for precise and reliable control of relative humidity (RH) in laboratory environments. Designed to operate within a range of 5% to 90% RH, it is ideal for small environmental measuring chambers, supporting a variety of scientific and industrial applications

Equipped with an integrated pump and desiccant reservoir, the HGC 20 independently generates a dry airflow using ambient air, eliminating the need for external pressurized gas supplies. The system features a heated water reservoir and a heated gas connection tube to prevent condensation during air transfer. With a flow rate of 600 ml/min, it ensures consistent humidity levels within the target chamber .

The HGC 20 boasts an intuitive touch-screen interface for standalone operation and offers connectivity via RS-485 or USB interfaces for integration with external control systems. Its automated desiccant regeneration system, utilizing two alternately used desiccant reservoirs, ensures continuous operation without manual intervention .

For enhanced functionality, the SCH 20 control software provides intuitive control over humidity settings, allowing users to define, execute, save, and load humidity profiles, as well as collect and export humidity and temperature data .
