Building on the robust features of the HY-800, the HY-800D introduces an enhanced dual-sleeve quartz heating system for faster, more consistent heating and longer operational life. With a peak internal temperature of up to 850°C, the HY-800D achieves complete sterilization in 5–7 seconds without an open flame, making it ideal for use in laminar flow hoods, anaerobic chambers, and sensitive environments where flame-based sterilization poses safety or contamination risks. The enclosed quartz tube and stainless-steel exterior ensure easy cleaning and minimal maintenance, while its compact footprint and user-friendly operation make it a reliable asset for busy labs.
