Precise Tablet Handling and Alignment

Thanks to the Oblong Centering System (OZB), even challenging oblong tablets are accurately positioned for precise measurement. The transport starwheel gently aligns, centers, and moves each tablet through all testing stations. The system can be adapted to accommodate a variety of tablet shapes and sizes, making it highly versatile.

Smart Cleaning and Dust Management

To maintain measurement accuracy and system hygiene, the UTS 4.3 features a three-stage dedusting system. This includes a patented feeder chute and two additional dedusting zones that remove surface dust from the tablets. Additionally, 24 integrated PTFE scrapers inside the starwheel help keep the system clean by continuously removing residual particles.

Seamless Integration and Automation

The UTS 4.3 can be directly integrated with tablet presses or capsule fillers, offering real-time automated sampling and testing. Tests can be triggered automatically from the connected production equipment or manually via PH21 software, enabling maximum operational flexibility.
